Here's my thinking, based on some discussions I've had with Mike, Jon and a few
others.

XCP is a framework to allow you to manage Xen deployments. You can use it in
two different ways:

1) you can install an out-of-the-box server, with an OS, Xen and the XCP tools,
using an iso. This is a distro.
2) you can install the XCP tools (the toolstack) on top of an existing OS and
Xen deployment. This is a toolstack.

Project Kronos is a piece of work to provide the XCP tools in a consistent,
packaged way for a known set of Linux distributions (currently Debian and
Ubuntu). It may later include others (CentOS? SuSE? ...).

This seems clear and easy to explain to n00bies (of whom I'm one), and allows
us to maintain the separateness of the iso (the distro) and the tools packaging
(the toolstack) whilst acknowledging the dependencies.

I'd love to hear others' thoughts.

-Mike.
