Anyway XCP has XenAPI.py(which Mike pointed out).

XenAPI.py is a light wrapper around XMLRPC, so you can use pure XMLRPC if you wish.

What do you mean? What do you want this module to do? If you're talking
about Python support for XCP's XenAPI, then you should look here:
