[Xen-API] [Project Kronos] Starting VM results in error

Hi. I created a vm from the debian 6.0 squeeze template. 
When I try to start that VM, I get the following error:

Error code: SR_BACKEND_FAILURE_46
Error parameters: , The VDI is not available [opterr=Command 
['/usr/sbin/vhd-util', 'scan', '-f', '-c', '-m',

Even when I try to run vhd-util manually, I get the error (22). 

Any ideas/thoughts?
