XCP uses a 32-bit dom0, however it uses a 64-bit version of the Xen
hypervisor.  As far as I'm aware, there is no 32-bit distribution of
XCP.

It should work within VirtualBox or VMware, however you will not be
able to launch HVM guests using it, only PV guests.
