[Xen-API] XCP: new weekly unstable snapshot (week 34)

(sorry for the delay getting this snapshot out)

This week's latest unstable snapshot of XCP is now available from:

http://www.xen.org/files/XenCloud/Software/unstable-latest/

As before, last week's snapshot is still available from:

http://www.xen.org/files/XenCloud/Software/unstable-previous-latest/

Changes include:
* Bugfixes in blktap2
* Bugfixes in blkback
* Initial work on a periodic VM snapshot mechanism
* Kernel driver updates for e1000e and ixgbe
* Backport of 2.6.34 SR-IOV VF MAC and VLAN config patches
