As I understand, you are talking about 'disallow traffic from VIF except
from certain IP/MAC' (limit VM to one IP and disallow use any other).

Right now XCP (and xen?) does not support this feature. I do some tests
with OpenFlow rules and they works, but those rules are hard to manage
and does not keeps between domU destorying/creation VM and migration
(not sure about VM reboot).
