[Xen-API] [PATCH] CA-38759: Unsync debian installation mountpoint

CA-38759: Unsync debian installation mountpoint.

Making the FS mount synchronous (CA-38567) seems to cause intolerable
slowdown on some systems. May relate to the ext3 berrier mode, but
this hasn't been verified. Revert for now.
