  • List-id: Discussion of API issues surrounding Xen <xen-api.lists.xensource.com>

Dear Dev and Experts,

I'm new to Xen and currently performing some study on API around xen.
However, I'm a bit confused
with the current status, would anyone can give me a help?

I've checkout the Xen Management API project page:
  http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/XenApi

However, the page hasn't updated for more than a year and there are
still a list of TODO items.
In additions, it stated that the API is officially released at 3.1.0
but the latest stable is already 3.4.2.
I wonder if this page is still valid, and up-to-date.

>From the page, I can see that, Xen API included a few thing like
Xen-RPC interface, and various binding.
I'm especially interested at the Java, Python, and the Xen-RPC, are
these interface still maintained and
stable enough for general use?

>From the archive of this list, I can see a lot of ocaml api patch,
however, is it just yet another binding
around the Xen-RPC?

Best regards,
Zarick
