[Xen-API] [PATCH 0 of 4] Make VM.copy and VM.clone work on snapshots
Previously we used a new API call VM.create_template to make a template from a
checkpoint or snapshot. It's simpler to just allow VM.copy and VM.clone to do
the right thing(TM).
