[Xen-API] [PATCH 0 of 2] Use Network.MTU field when configuring VIFs, PIFs and Networks

The following patches update interface-reconfigure and the VIF hotplug
script to make use of the Network.MTU field added by Rob in
705:53f2cc830854.

The first patch has been seen before but has now been updated to
include updates to quicktest to match the new scheme.
