[Xen-API] [PATCH 0 of 3] [oxenstored] Improve some bits of logging

As xenserver.log now uses the ...T...Z format, make xenstore uses it as well. 
Moreover, this series of patcjes also fix some minor issues with logging as the 
ENOENT spamming.
