Joe, was that running virtual machine created using 'xm create'? If yes, then that's why it disappears because 'xm create' does not put the machine into the pool of 'managed virtual machine', otherwise if it is created using 'xm new' and then 'xm start' it would not disappear upon shutdown. Stefan
Hello, My application is using the Java API and Iâm running into a problem. The application first makes a connection to the master host and successfully retrieves all the resident Virtual machines(Host.Record.residentVMs). Next, a single virtual machine running on the master host is powered down. Finally, my application retrieves all the Virtual machines. The powered down virtual machine is no longer resident on the master host. What happened to it? I eventually need my application shutdown and then restart virtual machines. I canât restart since itâs not on the host system. Iâm using the Java API. Any help is appreciated.
