[Xen-API] Help to Linux Xen C++ api Equivalent to Windows Virtual Server API

Plz give the C++ api which help me to create and manage
VirtualMachine Using Xen on linux,
I have gone through libvert api, but that does not conatin any function
whixh will  create VM.
 
I want Equivalent of  Windows Virtual Server API on linux-Xen.
