[Xen-API] Questions about the class Event of the XenAPI

- Why we don't receive an event, when a domain is created by xm command? It 
seems that  xm operations never  trigger an event. 
- We only receive a modify event for an object, when a set operation is done 
for the object. Why there is no modify event, when a lifecycle operation is 
done for a domain (for example: VM.start) ?
