Question:
Is there a list (of versions and distrib) that was used for 3.4.2 release or 
4.0 (reference) ?

For Example Xen 3.4.2 FCS used:
- Linux kernel 2.6.x
- glibc  2.4
- gcc 3.4
etc etc
