RE: [Xci-devel] Error: Building XCI

Thanks Vincent,

Didn't work at all - re-downloaded the whole checked the /temp and also found
around 15gb free space on the drive.
I suspect it might be more to do with ublibc stuff...

/bin/sh: /usr/src/build/build_i686/staging_dir/usr/bin/i686-linux-uclibc-gcc:
No such file or directory
make[1]: /usr/src/build/build_i686/staging_dir/usr/bin/i686-linux-uclibc-gcc:
Command not found
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/build/toolchain_build_i686/uClibc-0.9.30'
make[1]: /usr/src/build/build_i686/staging_dir/usr/bin/i686-linux-uclibc-gcc:
Command not found

No worries, I problem wait for the next build and will give a try again....
I assume this will be noted on http://www.xen.org/products/xci_source.html

Thanks again for your help! Walter

the build output seems to indicate something wrong with /tmp

.//toolchain/dependencies/dependencies.sh: line 447:
/tmp/tmp.rziLNfFyBJ: Permission denied

you should check that /tmp allows write, and that you have enough space left.

apart from that the build output seems really short.
the current build, has some trouble doing incremental build. so if something
goes wrong in the middle of the first build, the next builds will stay in this
state.

You may want to redownload the whole lot, and rebuild from scratch. This is
something that has been fixed in the new build, but we haven't push the new
build out yet.
