[PATCH 0/7] xenbus cleanup patches

Refactors msbuild.ps1 and extends build support for additional tools. Similar
patches will be required for all other drivers.

Cleans up a few failure paths, in which error logging is not required, and can
add excess logging which can complicate log files.
