The binaries directly under http://xenbits.xen.org/pvdrivers/win are built from
the master branches of the respective repos. The binaries under
http://xenbits.xen.org/pvdrivers/win/8.1.0 are built from specific tags made on
the staging-8.1 branches of each of the repos and are only re-built when I
manually kick the workers after I decided to re-tag.
