[Wg-test-framework] Status update

Both Comtrol boards/boxes are back in place and appear to be working.

I know Paul has some machines yet to install. At lease one set is waiting
on a BIOS upgrade to get the serial console working. I doubt that anything
is going to be done at the colo today due to weather conditions.

I have all but the serial VMs running (the serial boards aren't plumbed
through, yet). I'll be working on that, today (unless someone wants to
play with them directly).

Note: ssh port redirection is in place. Direct ssh to the servers is on
port 24.
