[Minios-devel] [UNIKRAFT/LIB-PCRE PATCH] Remove pcre_chartables.c from prepared dependencies

When included, the prepare step of Unikraft attempts to link
the file, even if it exists via a partial or incomplete -build.
The pcre_chartables.c dependeny is automatically evaluated by
Make during compile time and so the prepare step need not include
it.
