[Minios-devel] [UNIKRAFT/APP-HELLOWORLD] Introduce a `kraft` compatible dependency file.

This commit introduces the new file deps.json which is used as
part of the `kraft` command-line utility to manage dependencies
against the Unikraft core build system.

In deps.json is the current (as of today) version of Unikraft
on staging branch.
