I agree that the information in the README should be more clear about
that - that it is addressed only to developers. I wouldn't remove it
because it will get lost.

But I would not call unit testing as "functionality". It's just a
measurement tool - it measures how much of the required functionality
(required by Python) is implemented by Unikraft.

I will try to explain it better in the next version and we'll see how it
goes from there. :-)
