[Minios-devel] How to enable the HAVE_LIBC?

Hi all,

I want to enable the HAVE_LIBC in mini-os for arm64.
(I have finished the arm64 support for mini-os, on internal reviewing now.)

I do not know the right way to to enable the HAVE_LIBC for mini-os.
It seems it need some libraries, such as newlib, etc..

Could someone give me some hint about it?
