[Xen-users] clocksource xen documentation?

cat /sys/devices/system/clocksource/clocksource0/current_clocksource

xen

What does clocksource xen do? Using search engines I found lots of
discussions on how to disable it, bugs and whatnot. But failed to find
documentation on what it actually does.
