First of all, do NOT try to determine an error simply based on the LAST error message. Second, look at the message "fsck.ext2: Bad magic number in super block" ... Basically it means either: - your system is misconfigured (unlikely if it's a fully virtualized/HVM domU and you just install it from CD/ISO) - the filesystem is damaged The next step depends on how you setup your HVM domU. If you installed it from CD/ISO, and it works correctly before, then the recovery procedure is the same as whatever you use on normal installation on physical server/PC. This might involve booting using some kind of recovery ISO (like Ubuntu Live CD, or Centos in rescue mode, or sysrescuecd) and running fsck manually.
