It sounds like Xen is not important enough for openSUSE 11.2 final release.

Yes, the fix was not considered important enough to be taken for
the final release (and you may simply have missed that I set the target
milestone of the bug to "unspecified" just to express this). You'll have to
wait for a kernel maintenance update...

Regardless same bug was reported against RC2 :
