[Xen-ia64-devel] [PATCH] reformatting cleanup for xen.lds.S

Minor reformatting changes to make xen.lds.S 80-column usable,
in accordance with Linux coding style.

Tested by booting/running paravirtualized Linux dom0 and domU.
