Could you answer me how would the domU.cfg file? 

The disks like this: 
disks = [ 'tap2:aio:/PATH/xvda.img,xvda,w' ]
or
disks = [ 'tap2:aio:/PATH/xvda.img,hda,w' ]

This is my great doubt??

That is an old branch that I don't even have on my tree anymore.
Could you please try this branch instead:

2.6.37-rc4-pvhvm-fixes
