[Xen-devel] wbinvd optimization for pass through domain

This patch optimize wbinvd exit emulation for pass-through domain
to avoid "alway wbinvd" when a VCPU is migrated. In stead, do
host wbinvd on all host CPUs when wbinvd exit.
