[Xen-devel] [RFC][PATCH][2c/2] Intel(r) Trusted Execution Technology support: sboot

The listserver apparently doesn't like the size of the patch, so I've
broken it up into three pieces.  Simply cat them to get the patch.  Part
3 (last):  

The new sboot module that performs the measured launch, for Intel(r) TXT
support.
