I see that the ones you say can be run-time switched all add include/asm/mach-default to the include search path as normal, and then presumably explicitly include <asm/mach-xxx/xxx.h> where required. Those that replace mach-default with their own include directory in the search path presumably are forced to be a compile-time option?
